Our Story
Okawari Pâtisserie Japonaise opened its doors on March 21, 2024, at CF Fairview Pointe-Claire, bringing a little taste of Japan to the West Island of Montreal.
The name “Okawari” (おかわり) means “another serving” in Japanese—a simple idea that captures what we hope happens when you discover something you love: you want just a little more.
At Okawari, we bring together Japanese-inspired pastries, mochi, matcha drinks, and premium Japanese teas in a cozy and welcoming space. From a creamy matcha latte to a soft mochi or a beautifully crafted pastry, each item is made to be enjoyed, shared, and remembered.
Our shop is inspired by the beauty of Japanese tea culture and the joy of Japanese sweets, while adding our own modern touch. Whether you're stopping by for your favorite matcha, discovering Japanese tea for the first time, or simply looking for a sweet moment during your day, there's always something new to try.
